Results of the July 23, 2009 Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting

Jul 28th, 2009

The lots are located near the the intersection of S. Church Avenue and Roland Street.

At the same meeting, the Board also denied by a 5 to 0 vote, a variance to allow Christopher Chestnut to park an RV trailer within the ten-foot side yard setback area. They also voted 5 to 0 to approve a variance to the 15-foot visibility triangle requirement as they believed the width of his driveway and the height of his picket fence permitted sufficient visibility for entering and exiting safely from his driveway.
